the only way you could think that's possible is if you had no idea how nuclear weapons are handled. maybe you should ask an expert on the subject.

key point is that it's done manually. manual to a comical degree in some situations, on nuclear submarines the captain and another guy need to go down to a secure safe a open and read a letter to get the launch codes and manually input them into an analog system.
