So I liberally added everything up that was visible, and I only ended up at 2706 calories, undoubtedly almost purely carbs. So this is totally doable to finish solo within 5 days and without compromising macros.

I mean, you can make some pretty decent meals that combined a large variety of these. But you're going to have to end up snacking on most of the fruits in order to make it work, and create some meals centered around the bottom tray.
