The economists have been doing *really* well, but we haven't really come to grips with: 1) The positive of "Tight labor markets" are no match in the media for "labor shortage" narratives 2) Juiced real estate *can't* go on like this forever, but we don't have a long-term plan

real estate seems like it's a supply shortage issue more than an economics issue (caused by various combinations of shitty zoning laws and supply chain disruption)
