this tracks/fits i benched every workout specifically to avoid those kind of numbers and it worked but from what i remember about SS it's not that crazy for that to happen

I don't understand the 280 deadlift. And I don't want to. The plate arrangement feels baffling. It speaks of a stultifying level of caution and disbelief in your own capabilities. Maybe I can learn from this though. I avoid code for similar reasons.

Squats approach DLs at the highest level, but generally your DL should win out over time if you're an intermediate. DL volume is generally low at all levels of training because of the fatigue they produce, plus your squat work still brings it up

If your leverages are bad for the conventional deadlift, you could maybe switch to sumo and I imagine your ratios would eventually resemble everyone else
