one thing i have not noticed is any cultural evangelism from red tribe, or similar concerns about blue tribe behaviors "why arent they going to church" "why arent these soccer moms voting red" "what is the Root Cause of rich white kids burning black neighborhoods"

I'm blue tribe and I've encountered plenty of reds who think blue are evil ("lock her up!") conversely my own tendency is to think that Reds are misinformed or underinformed - but not evil So I think it's complicated

Ehh also it's not fair to pick a nexus of red hate for this argument This would be like using anti-Trump fury to illustrate how blue tribe hates red tribe You cant pick a hated figure I think blues are more likely to dislike and disregard a median red person on politics alone

You're kind of limiting options when the particular "nexus of red hate" encompasses a good 30 percent of current R's. Percentage wise, it seems to be a similar # to the "impossible to be R and decent" folks.

I think I'm correct in saying if you take an average person from each side, one being an avid Hillary supporter and one being an avid Trump supporter... You are more likely to have the Red think the Blue is dumb but the Blue think the Red is evil (and also dumb)

my other thought experiment is this: If you went to a campaign rally for a R, wearing the D candidate's gear, and the D candidate's rally wearing R gear, and just stood there politely, which event would pose the greater personal hazard? -
