Yeah I mean, if you're willing to make your own, like, matzo for dinner every day and eat it with ground beef you can feed a family of four on that for like what $70 a week? tops? I did the math on this at one point. But that's actually a lot of work. And it will taste like shit.

also literal capital you can live Iike a king off rice and beans with a few spices, but you need equipment -pots, utensils, a stove, a fridge to store leftovers, ett its easy to assume everyone has this stuff but in reality poor people often don't
