his point is right though thinking of that time leftists in WA killed a carbon tax because it was proposed by an economist and was revenue neutral which enraged various Interest Group who saw a carbon tax as primarily a means of getting taxpayer handouts rather than climate aid

Supposedly u only need to spend 1-3 trillion on carbon capture to make earth carbon negative,would basically have to build a second power grid to do it, propose spending 1 trillion spread out but somehow pass it as a tax cut, corporate tax rate goes lower as tech/output increases
