i have nothing against truckers i just didnt know any and my entire impression of truckers was based on them calling the wrong number and asking for a local truck stop at odd hours

you live through the eighties and your culture dries up and blows away and you just look like a weirdo when you put on your tie dye so you give that up but you still have certain old dreams you cant entirely suppress and you often need a haircut and dont know it
