They have psychotics who can do advanced math and read at or above grade level in two languages. Though ours feel better about themselves, can't calculate a tip or split a bill 3 ways, and like to use emojis.

Test scores have never actually translated to anything like economic dynamism or competitiveness. The true purpose of the education system is not producing smarter/more informed citizenry but shaping social development to respond to the needs of the state (not the same)
