I mean, probably there is a saying like this in most cultures, right. Laozi 知人者智也,自知者明也 same sort of idea, but the exact rendering as just "know thyself" makes it silly.
This is almost certainly true but as you say “know thyself” is such a specific well known expression (of the likely widely shared wisdom) that claiming it NOT to come from Delphi is either really stupid or kinda disconcerting
