I appreciate everyone telling me to go to a doctor, to be clear I went to a sports medicine physician yesterday he suspects a rotator cuff issue. I'm scheduling the MRI at his suggesting and depending on the results will conduct myself accordingly

Honestly, the only thing I can say is the sooner you tend to it, the better. The longer you leave it, you higher the risk of it developing into a long term injury and you might now regain 100% of mobility.

Also please please please don’t see a chiropractor or an osteopath. These are scam professions that have no basis in science. See a physiotherapist or better yet a sports doctor.

For a little over a year I was the right hand of a sports Ortho surgeon who specialized in shoulders. Please don't ignore this and listen to your PT

Uhhhh, you may wish to rethink this. Take it from someone that works with them. You might be attracted to Moon now but I guarantee you'll be Really attracted to a MRI machine and I fear for your marriage.
