He undermines his own grift here. If you try to overlook the circularity, he's basically saying only politicians/managers/business owners can practice racism. If your actions can't generate "inequity" you're not being racist, even if you're racist. You love to see it

I love the "anybody wanna take a guess" he slipped in. He's totally unprepared for a world that isn't a room of 18 yo freshmen who don't have to nod at any nonsense to get their A. We should all be mortified that many academics are like this

Couldn't he just omit it to convey the exact same point? "Racist: Proponents of policies & systems that lead to in-equity" I think this would be isomorphic to his views (as I understand them) and doesn't run in circles. Whether it's useful or right, is another question.
