not clear to me whether this guy is pseudonymous but if hes realname this serves as a strong signal about the culture of his firm and about what kind of employees he wants second most important effect is signalling that people can gun for petition signers

if this is all public people can very quickly determine who is on what lists and use the presence or absence of a name on various lists given past employment histories as hiring or firing criteria probably would this be legal who knows one things for sure the future is tiresome

the year is 2024. firms publish the distribution of their employees by membership on various blocklists. prospective employees who dont meet the cultural profile can catch up by sending insane tweets to the appropriate Outgroup before interviewing. this drives all Discourse
