Human algorithm goes like this: Culture first then treat then refine treatment according to cultures. Emergency AB stash might be counterproductive since it hinders accurate cultures, only time it’s justified is a post apoc scenario. Otherwise you’re better off with good gp.

Then you need to cover the following scenarios: Soft tissue infection : flukloxacillin or cipro Airway infection : penicillin or amoxicillin Urinary tract : cefadroxil or cipro In my travel bag I usually carry flukloxacillin, penicillin and cipro.
