Boris will certainly say "no, you already had one". And Scotland really does not want to go the Catalan route. Most likely if the nationalists can't get what they want they'll wait for a more favourable government in Westminster.
I also think there's a good chance Scotland will vote to stay in again, if it happens. This time the EU issue works the other way, and it means making the Anglo-Scottish border an EU frontier. Obviously a huge amount of trade crosses that border.
