in Hall v. Florida the Supreme Court held that people with an IQ less than 70ish couldnt be executed i am curious why anyone in the position of trying to take an IQ test to get out of the death penalty would get any question right. how do they check for malingering?

extrapolating *normally*, 70 IQ people are institutionalized, 100 IQ people are executed, and 135+ IQ people are institutionalized (academia, finance, cartels)
