i want to start picking up and putting down heavy things, but i don't have any heavy things that are good for picking up and putting down (i don't think), and i wouldn't know what to do with them if i did. any advice or links to helpful resources would be appreciated.

I might check out Starting Strength as a first read if you're interested, it has very detailed and well-written sections on the major lifts and how they work, how to do them, and how to combine it into a program

existing in a physical capacity is illegal here, so no gyms. assuming my town has anything better than a planet fitness, i'd still have to wait until after vaccination (maybe 3 months) and when i stop being a neet (an even more questionable timeframe). thx for this for later tho
