It's not fait accompli that one action of changing supreme court leads to a sweep leads to another series of changes. Hasn't happened in the past - not obv the slope is as slippery. Hence fallacy. or, "We shouldn't do [Good Thing X] because later we'll have [Bad Thing Y]"
