did day 4 bc i was feeling bad and figured at least i wouldnt feel guilty about not improving my mood with exercise if i just exercised lol this one was Hard, might need to slow down and repeat days from here on out

it's been physically harder but mentally surprisingly easy not trying to force myself to do consecutive days, just feels comfortably productive also splitting it into reps makes it feel like "number go up"
