Both J&J and AZ are DNA vaccines right? I guess this may be a general issue with DNA vaccines? I don't think there are any approved DNA vaccines for any other conditions as of now.

I think this is inherent to the virus, not the method of vaccination. Recall lots of weird covid symptoms related to clotting which i attribute to immune response, and vaccines induce an immune response to that same virus. less frequent, but inherent to any vaccination

Will be interesting to see if clotting reports crop up for the mRNA-based ones.

Less than a day after CDC posted this https://twitter.com/CDCgov/status/1381720321871466498?s=19 …. It's easy to understand where vaccine scepticism comes from. If the messaging was that it's worth it based on relative risk people wouldn't be so shook when an issue arose.
