not sure who needs to hear this eating at a large calorie deficit *in my experience* is hardest for the first week. after i push through this tapering your calories its pretty easy to keep up large negative caloric balances

Yeah that helps a lot but NEAT is specifically Non-Exercise stuff like fidgeting, breathing, etc. Not actually sure if walking counts lol, but if you're going on walks that certainly helps. NEAT prob not much of a factor after only one week tbh.
