not sure who needs to hear this eating at a large calorie deficit *in my experience* is hardest for the first week. after i push through this tapering your calories its pretty easy to keep up large negative caloric balances

today for example i woke up at 11am and had some coffee and 400kcal of granola and greek yogurt i didnt eat again until i just recently (1am) had a double hamburger, and i didnt really feel hungry at all in the intervening hours two weeks ago this would have been a struggle

naw I just spreadsheet everything and make sure I come in at 1100-1700kcal/day depending
