not sure who needs to hear this eating at a large calorie deficit *in my experience* is hardest for the first week. after i push through this tapering your calories its pretty easy to keep up large negative caloric balances

yeah pivoting from eating at will to eating with deliberation is the biggest change. totally different mindset

On one hand I agree with what you’re saying and have also been “enjoying it” but also suffering thru periods where my joints seemed to rebel. On the other hand there is a local youtuber dying on screen and I have no further comment at this time, I work on this mentally
