i want to emphasize that i am not anorexic and i am not encouraging anorexia. i look forward to pivoting to a bulk at some point and eating 3000kcal/day. love eating a lot of food and becoming larger

instead i only want to note that 1. being in control of the shape and nature of your body is deeply empowering 2. the native willpower required to do this is less than you might expect

all of this said with recognition this almost certainly varies across people and i imagine for some people it just fucking sucks hard, and im sorry about that :(

High intensity sugar and fat experiences, are almost identical to cigarettes and weed in the brain. Getting to 30 days clean is the only real challenge.

Agreed. The middle is the easy part. It's the beginning and end of a cut that are hardest. Adapting sucks and then it gets tough again when you're really lean and your body is in full revolt to save energy/get food.

I’m currently going through the end right now. I’ve realized that for me I basically need to cut out sugar in this stage because my body treats it as empty calories and that if I exercise more my body will just adjust its attempted major calorie gains alongside it.
