"overtraining" is definitely a risk. probably not super likely when you're just starting out, and also probably less likely with bodyweight routines. also, the tendency to experience soreness ("DOMS", delayed onset muscle soreness) fades as you get more trained

two things to watch out for 1. if you find yourself getting weaker when you're exercising a lot you're probably overtraining 2. if your urine turns brown call an ambulance (this is EXTREMELY unlikely with your program. just in case you go crazy later)https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhabdomyolysis …

r/bodyweightfitness recommends doing the program 3 days a week. you can do it every alternate day: 4 days in week 1, 3 days in week 2, and repeat.
