The concern about “forever” is funny since your life in the loop will be subjectively much longer than the rest of your life post-loop (assuming no singularity etc)

Not saying it’s wrong - obviously whether you can impact the world matters a lot, and I have the same intuition - but I do think it’s funny. After a subjective 300 years of looping I’m not sure how I’d feel about the remaining “real” 50 or whatever
