@orthonormalist when he said he spends like four hours a week and fuck cardio. It made it seem realistic. Cardio sucks. -
fwiw, I did buy a treadmill so I can do more cardio, but that's very timeboxed and I still fucking hate it. It's mostly for the four Fs.
