Yeah I have but I should do it more often! I think the biggest problem is that I just forget, I have to kinda change the whole way I see food. Before this I've just eaten when I'm hungry, it has just been a thing that keeps me alive and now I have to see it as more than that

Any particular whey you recommend? My breakfast is already blended (and delicious), been considering adding protein (no meat so protein is generally low in my diet).

In case anyone is looking for a recipe: 2 bananas, 1 cup frozen strawberries, small spoonful of peanut butter, half cup of granola, 1 cup 0% plain greek yogurt. Absolutely delicious.
