domestic violence against women exists and has always existed but feminism is not a solution to it. I think a modern solution to that would be AI-based surveillance in homes that works like driver-distraction tech

Why? You could have a system that works in-situ. Like a fire alarm but for serious domestic violence. Technically it's probably a stretch today, but in 10 years? Yeah I can see that working.
