I have abundant free time in the next few months and want to use the time in the most efficient way in terms of reading *non-fiction books* that will foster my intellectual development. What are the most valuable books in the way you understand and think about the world?

I would also urge you not to discount reading fiction because fiction is sometimes a much better way of learning about people than Scientific Studies of people, and people are the ones who go about mapping territory, and it's good practice to know who's mixing your drink
