Do you pretty much need a bench for that stuff? I have barbell and dumbbells only atm

you can do some stuff with just barbells and a platform. off the top of my head: 1. press 2. front squat 3. cleans 4. deadlifts 5. rows this doesn't get you much pectoral activation but it does hit just about everything else
