I experienced the Paris Syndrome the first time over a spaghetti Bolognese. I had a fantastic one in a small restaurant on Elba when I was a kid, we returned a year later and I was bitterly disappointed by the dish the 2nd time. That sucked :/

I had this a bit. Less because Paris wasn't aEsThEtIc enough, more because being in a city where everything beautiful was built between 100-600 years ago is kinda sad. Like a constant reminder that the peak has already happened.
