In general, courts will likely enforce against certain kinds of Woke commisarship, but they won't dismantle it for you because the Woke also have the opposite right not to be fired for being zealots.

I actually do expect courts to be relatively 'neutral', at least for now, but important to remember that just because you theoretically have legal neutrality doesn't mean you have social or resource neutrality.
