basically the lift is not directly observable. you can do a y/y comparison at the customer level pre/post prime and take the difference of that figure between prime and nonprime users but once again you're not getting a clean counterfactual for either because of selection

You'd also have to account for the lost revenue from shipping fees, which would be variable based on size of post-prime orders
