if she maybe has a full diaper (uncertain) but is sound asleep do I need to go change her. this seems unnecessary if she is not mad about it

I think it's OK. Time on both sides probably helps develop baby musckels.

Yes it’s fine. No blankets or stuff in the crib though.

My 2nd just could not be kept on his back, however carefully you packed him with rolled blankets he'd roll over & sleep on his stomach. Big tip is babies robust enough to do this aren't going to just stop breathing

Put her on her back when you're putting her down, but probably don't be too neurotic about checking and moving her back. She might develop the back-sleeping habit.
-
But feel free to stand and just watch her sleep as much as you want. (You’ll likely find you like this more than one would otherwise imagination.)

As I understand them, the official guidelines are only about how you first put the baby down, not how she positions herself afterwards. Also, I think it seems normal and fine and all my babies rolled to their sides a lot (mostly to face me since we coslept)

Ours did this as well, liked to be facing someone so he could reach out and check he wasn't alone if necessary.
