I think some version of this could be effective (although I wouldn't like most of it), but he's (imo) being way too clever by half on a lot of the specifics, especially the parts about expertise.

Even beyond that, I just really do not believe it's feasible threading the needle of some experts are good but expertise has been compromised, media is biased against us and we'll tune them out until they act differently and this will be fine, etc.

"Support legitimate experts but not the fake ones the Democrats have propped up", seems really close to the reasoning behind the growth of RW TV and radio (replace experts with journalists). We've all seen how that's worked out.
