Week 1 and 2 with no nicotine were physically rough with cravings and anger. Weeks 3 and 4 cravings were less, anger subsided, but I was in a sort of mental fog, had a hard time concentrating and got clumsy due to inattention, dropped things and made mistakes I wouldn't normally

It is really tough to resist that little voice that says "just one more, then we're done", but it is worth it especially if you're doing it with the impending little moon bot in mind.
