I don’t believe you. They’re just going to raise taxes and remove the cap. But if they remove that cap and try to enact M4A it’s going to be like a 20% tax hike for the top couple brackets

For the record, marginal tax rates are like 70% in Sweden above ~$100k and they seem to be doing alright AFAIK.

It’s hard to argue that the lower classes are material worse off there than in the US. Well, or at least I haven’t seen a convincing argument. (I’ve looked, haven’t really seen one, I did read the Nordic unexceptionalism thing)
