tbh, too tipsy to remember notations of probability distribution & was trying to sound clever. would all the mistakes being guilty (who walk) vs all mistakes being wrongful convictions (who can appeal through the same system) change your answer?

uhhhh wasnt very funny in retrospect basically there are two conventions for assigning binary classes to observations but i don't think it actually matters here
