for the first one, i went to a loosely righty meetup on a farm a couple years ago maybe fifty people everyone contributed to cooking, cleanup, slaughter, chores, shopping spontaneous order everywhere, zero infighting, great bonhomie

when i hung out in lefty spaces there was also much love, often, but I always came away with the sense that no one had their shit together and everyone was also on the verge of personal implosion, things felt very cobbled together and tenuous and everything was dramatic
