i would have to say my phone company is grossly incompetent i have autopay set up and every few months they just stop charging my card and I get a nasty text telling me im past due and my phone is getting cut off shut up and take my money you cretins

i think im mostly irritated about this because the thought of leaving some account unpaid or overdue is viscerally horrifying to me apparently one of my core beliefs about myself is that i pay my bills and make good my debts
