hahhh pretty sure that's not true in my case, more like... higher success with therapists who either specialized in some area relevant to me or who i chose (vs being assigned or recommended)

ha for me it's almost certainly the opposite- it's really easy to talk about myself endlessly and that's all it was before things got worse + i needed someone who would actually orient me towards present day actions but also yeah it's great to have someone to talk to ngl
