feel somewhat more negative about credit availability lately
bought an easy chair with @selentelechia tonight, chatted with the sales guy about things and he mentioned the existence of LEASED FURNISHINGS?
sadly not sure there's any good way to restrict ornate credit instruments

I'm still trying to figure out how the company that approved my (really quite excellent) home loan makes money when they immediately shunted the loan and all related payments to another company before the first payment

Knew a guy with one of those shady-looking car lots. Diverse used cars, no brand affiliation, 'EZ credit' signs. He'd sell to anyone. Repo when they missed a payment. Clean it up and sell it a few days later.

watch youtube channel "vinwiki", guest "Rabbit", owner of a "buy here, pay here" lot he talks about this model
