Given that even 80 Million doses (and that's laggy as heck, I bet it was <10 Million at Labor Day) wouldn't actually stop this thing... Phase 1 - Does it kill you? Phase 2 - How much vaccine works best? Phase 3 - BIG trial to see if it kills you. You like Phase 2.

At a certain point, you do have to shoot the engineer and put it into production, but if the engineer has safety concerns as opposed to the lawyers...
