I am pretty sure that MKUltra and Cointelpro were real, and moderately confident that the CIA is now mostly fake, as part of the broader Bullshit Jobs / Simulacra conspiracy. There are plenty of things one can know with moderate confidence.

Yeah, they’re the Sons of Apollo. For attacking people in the open under the aegis of order, against wine and chaos. Less conspiratorial than they used to be, never had a public mandate for it.
