not sure they did although also my guess is that in district and local races stuffing is hard to pull off if you don't have a machine in place already, ie no need to stuff for your D+30 district

yeah thats another thing you know if they actually believed the polls (they seemed to) why even bother stuffing? otoh maybe you leave the option in place just in case and execute it if things look grim so its not the strongest no-fraud angle
