not sure this necessarily means speech/expression is freer in the US than in those other countries for obvious reasons (def freer than in mine tho)

the answer is that it's generally inconsequential if you're a small-follower anon, but Highly Unpleasant if you managed to rattle specific people actually if you managed to rattle anyone personally in general they could always file a report against you
