ok so 1. gym is open, going regularly, fine 2. back to tracking macros, I have gotten sloppy. no more pasta. 3. jogging in our newly dangerous neighborhood after work 4. walks with wife might replace (3) with walking under load. could put a 40lb bag of litter in a frame pack

Get a bike. Better for your knees, better for your belly, plus you live in one of the most scenic and beautiful regions in America. Weekend cycles are a great option.
