ok so 1. gym is open, going regularly, fine 2. back to tracking macros, I have gotten sloppy. no more pasta. 3. jogging in our newly dangerous neighborhood after work 4. walks with wife might replace (3) with walking under load. could put a 40lb bag of litter in a frame pack

what do you have at home for lifting? I don't trust gyms still but after buying dumbells it was easy to at least do that one regularly

hmmm what have you found works for your diet plan? I'm a dumb pigeon so strong breakfast so hunger doesn't hurt productivity + very regulated calorie counted meals after 'work' as 'reward' made me fall for basically no exceptions or you just Willpower it

I just track inputs and outputs no set schedule but just that constant paying attention makes me a little more deliberate about what I eat updating the meal nutrition info is a pain in the ass so when I track everything i tend to avoid impulse eats because they're inconvenient
