ok so 1. gym is open, going regularly, fine 2. back to tracking macros, I have gotten sloppy. no more pasta. 3. jogging in our newly dangerous neighborhood after work 4. walks with wife might replace (3) with walking under load. could put a 40lb bag of litter in a frame pack

My inner ultralight backpacker is cringing at the thought of a needless 40 lbs load. You could train with half than weight and spare your knees while getting almost all of the benefits. Though if you’re about 6’2” and interested in a bike, I might be able to hook you up
